Back to School !

After a week of rest during the Chinese New Year break, the kids are now back to school.They're so happy to see their friends again.

The Principal announced that we're going to Sunway Zoo next week. Just look at their reactions!!!

The field trip to Sunway Zoo will be on 5 March 2010 (Friday). The kids will be going by a tour bus, accompanied by teachers and volunteers. Letters were given to the kids this morning. Please fill in the reply slip by 25 Feb 2010. Seats are limitted. So please confirm ASAP. You may call the Principal for further enquiries.

HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!!!

Chinese New Year is just around the corner. Students and teachers decorated the school with Chinese New Year decor. Most of the decor are made by students and teachers.

The school will be closed for a week starting 13 Feb 2010 to 21 Feb 2010. We wish all our Chinese students and parents Gong Xi Fa Cai and Happy Holiday to all! (The Principal gets a break too...Phew!)

The Kids Having Fun!!!

It's been a month since school started. All our students are kept busy with school work and activities. In our centre, having fun is as important as doing great in reading, writing and counting. Developing social and communication skills at a young age will further enhance a child's self esteem. Besides English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and Maths as our core subjects, we also teach Music, Art, Swimming and Gym.

The school will close for a week for the Chinese New Year Holidays. We are planning to go for a field trip after the Chinese New Year break. Will let you know when and where as soon as it is decided. Gong Xi Fa Cai to all our chinese students!

ORIENTATION WEEK IS OVER!

The orientation week runs smoothly. All students seemed settled and ready to start their lessons. Only 2 students cried on first day. Some parents waited on the first day just to make sure their child is adapting well and goes home with the right transporter.

PS3...they are the 'seniors' now... Final year in the kindy...

PS2... New enrolment for the 5 year olds are flowing in. So we had to open another class.

Even the 4 and 3 year olds were behaving well. They had fun activities throughout the day. Singing, dancing, art n craft, story telling, playdough,etc etc etc...

 Dumex also came to help out with the event for our 3 and 4 year olds.

Now that the orientation week is over, actual lessons will start next week. Beamind classes, swimming and gym will also start next week. Parents may refer to your child's communication book for the timetable. Enjoy your weekend!

CHILDREN'S ORIENTATION DAY

At last! School will start next week! The first week will be the orientation week. Take note of the following schedule:

From 11/01/2010 onwards school hour is from 8.00am - 11.30am or 12.00/12.30noon for those taking Beamind subjects.
